Don't
panic, we're here to help. Below we have compiled the most
frequently asked questions we receive. If you still have
questions, issues or concerns, please don't hesitate to

Q: How do I download
the software to my desktop?
A: From the Order page, click on the picture
of the SuperXPBug Box.
In the pop-up screen choose "Save", select "Desktop" from the
top drop-down arrow list, then click "Save".
Q: How do I order the software?
A:
From the Order page, simply fill your
information in the Name and Email fields, then click on the "Buy
Now" button.
Q: Once I download the software, how do I install it?
A: Go to your desktop and double-click the SuperXPBug zipfile,
click I agree, double-click Setup.exe, then click Okay.
Follow the on-screen instructions clicking Next, until you get
to the "Serial Number" screen. Enter your "Serial
Number" in the box and click Next to complete
installation.
Q: Why use a License, Key, Registration number, etc?
A: To protect the customer and ourselves from piracy. This also allows
you to get the software immediately without waiting for a package to
arrive through regular mail.
Q: What is a License, Key, Registration number, etc?
A: It is a unique identifier number assigned to each customer which
"unlocks" the software. Many software companies use License
Keys to protect themselves and their customers from piracy, which
causes programmers to lose money, and consumers prices to go
up.
Q: Where do I get my License Key?
A:
You will receive it on screen upon completing your order.
